ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking a direction to the respondents to trace out her missing son L.Senthil Kumar, aged about 32 years.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the CD file.
3. This Court perused the CD file. A perusal of the CD file goes to show that the cell phone number of the detenu has been traced out; the call details from those numbers have also been checked up; all possible steps have been taken, but, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent are still not able to trace out the missing man. The missing man is stated to be aged 32 years and also a married person.
4. Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to continue investigation and if any information regarding the missing person is found out, the respondents shall intimate the same either to the petitioner or to the wife of the detenu.
5. With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
