This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17732 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 21396 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. However, the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
