The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 10.02.2017 of this Court made in W.P. No.16816 of 2012.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader

(Pondicherry) submitted that as against the order of this Court passed in W.P. Nos.16816 of 2012 and 31798 of 2015 dated 10.12.2017, the respondent herein had preferred Appeals in W.A. Nos.971 of 2017 and 989 of 2017 and the same were allowed by this Court on 27.06.2018.

3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition for willful disobedience may not be proper. Hence, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
