(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of the official respondents with regard to the direction issued by this Court earlier, in WP No.21314 of 2024 etc. batch on 10.09.2024.

2. Respondents have produced for our perusal, a communication dated 18.08.2025, of the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board, by which the petitioner's representation, upon detailed consideration, has been rejected.

3. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.08.2025 in an appropriately constituted proceedings.
