ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 17.10.2022 in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, furnished the copy of the written instructions, given by the District Registrar (Administration) North Madras in letter dated 24.04.2023, stating that the enquiry proceedings are already commenced in respect of the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 17.10.2022.
3. This being the factum, the 2nd respondent/Sub-Registrar shall proceed with the enquiry and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible by affording opportunity to all the parties concerned.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
