PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to Not to Harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation in pursuant to the petitioners representation dated 19.03.2022.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint of one Radha Ramanujam, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.PGII(s)/1645/33536/2021 and the same has been closed as civil in nature. He would further submit that respondents are not harassing the petitioner.

3.It is made clear that since the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under the guise of enquiry.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
