Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.642/2016 dated 17.01.2016, the present contempt petition is laid.

When the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.642/2006 dated 17.01.2006 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has already been complied with. The learned Government

Advocate has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.7026A/Aa1/2009, dated 07.10.2016, in this regard.
