Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail that the petitioners shall stay at Virudhachalam and report before the Virudhachalam Town Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall not visit the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.14913 of 2020 by an order dated 23.09.2020. ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14913 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020, that the petitioners shall stay at Virudhachalam and report before the Virudhachalam Town Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders and the petitioners shall not visit the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the the conditions.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14913 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Vallapadi police station, Salem everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
