PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to relocate the TASMAC shop No.809 at Plot No.8-D, Door No.AG-35, Fourth Avenue, Santhi Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600040, instead of any other location in view of the said locaiton being in strict adherence to the IMFL (RV) Rules.
