ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the first respondent to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 21.02.2019 seeking to comply with Section 24

(1) and 37 (b) of the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

2.Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 21.02.2019 within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to submit a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
