ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.29075 of 2016, by order dated 29.11.2016, has directed the 3rd respondent (Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Vellore, to forthwith approve the appointment of 13 teaching staff in the petitioner's college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances with effect from the respective dates of their appointments, within a period eight weeks.

2.Alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 29.11.2016, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
