2.Ibrahim Gani .. Respondents As directed by this Court in its order dated 17.04.2025, Registry has printed the names of the respondents. This Court in its order dated 17.04.2025 recorded the fact that notice sent to the first respondent has been duly served and the notice sent to the second respondent has been returned with an endorsement "unclaimed", which amounts to deemed service. Despite printing the names of the respondents in the cause list today, no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Hence, the respondents are set exparte by this Court.

2. The applicant is having the benefit of interim injunction since 04.03.2025. This Court, while granting interim injunction, observed that the applicant has made out a prima-facie case, and the balance of 1/3

convenience and irreparable hardship have also been established by the applicant. Since the respondents are set exparte by this Court, interim injunction granted by this Court on 04.03.2025 is made absolute and this application is allowed as prayed for.
