ORDER

The writ petition has been filed writ of mandamus to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for both sides made a joint submission that the matter has been settled out of Court and the terms of settlement has been reduced in terms of writing. They further submitted that as per Clause 'A' of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 14.10.2024, a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.70,61,000/- and Rs.7,06,000/- have been handed over to the petitioner by the second

respondent Management.

3. Mr.Jeeva Kumar, the petitioner herein is present before this Court and he is identified by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. The Memorandum of the Terms of Settlement has been read to the petitioner and he is in agreement of the same.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed as settled in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 14.10.2024, which shall form part of this order. No costs.
