PETITION under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for deliberately and willfully disobeying the orders of this Court dated 11.4.2016 made in W.P.No.7920 of 2016. For Petitioner :

Heard both.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Advocate General that the order and direction issued by this Court has been complied with and a

sum of (2) T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J RS Rs.26,98,819/- has been deposited to the credit of the execution petition.

3. It is seen that the office of the Sub-Court, Udumalpet accepted the demand draft on 20.12.2016. The petitioner is directed to file an application before the Executing Court for withdrawal and if such an application is filed, the Executing Court shall permit withdrawal in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such application.
