O R D E R

Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No. 27308/2015 dated 09.02.2017, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mrs.Karthika Ashok, learned Counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.27308/2015 dated 09.02.2017 has been complied with thereby demolishing the building-in-question.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would also accept the said submission.
