The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent passed subsequent resolution also. Thus, the cause arouse for the purpose of filing the writ petition did not exist as of now. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
