Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2021 and reminder representation dated 23.02.2022 and direct the respondents to name transfer in favour of the petitioner bearing property which is situated in S.No.314/1 admeasure 43 cents of agricultural land, which is situated in Vellaiyur Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District and patta number 1010 belongs to the petitioner. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.12.2021 and 23.02.2022 and to transfer the name in favour of the petitioner bearing property in S.No.314/1, which is situated at Vellaiyur Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District.

Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.06.2022, the petitioner's representations for issuance of patta were considered and the same were rejected. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
