This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Thursday at 10.30 a.m, in Crl.O.P.No.24954 of 2022 dated 03.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
