This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.481 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1 of 2

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed inCrl.O.P.No.481 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
