By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that his grandfather was in possession and occupation of the lands comprised in Punja Survey No.93/5, besides other lands in Vadakarampoondi Village, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District and he died intestate and his father viz. Rajamanickam inherited the same, who also died on 8.12.1990, and thereafter, the petitioner, being the only surviving legal heir, has succeeded to his estate and he was working as a labourer at Bangalore and when he came to his native place, he came to know about the fraud played by the third respondent in changing the patta in respect of the above lands, and the petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation/petition during 2013, and the second respondent, who in turn, vide summons in Na.Ka.A3/3720/2013 dated 12.2.2014, called upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 26.2.2014, along with necessary documents and the petitioner has also appeared on that date before the second respondent. petitioner, is that thereafter, nothing had happened and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 4.This Court, without going into the merit of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/application concerned in enquiry summons in Na.Ka.A3/3720/2013 dated 12.2.2014, in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting on notice, the third respondent.
