(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioners have preferred these revision petitions against the common order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I at Chennai, dated 14.08.2014, passed in I.A.No.201 of 2012 in M.A.No.57 of 2011 in T.A.No.422 of 1998; in S.I.A.No.193 of 2012 in S.I.A.No.57 of 2011 in S.A.No.342 of 2008; and in M.A.No.67 of 2012 in M.A.No.37 of 2011 in D.R.C.No.135 of 2001 in O.A.No.357 of 2001, respectively.
2.As stated earlier, these petitions are directed against the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, in such case, we are of the opinion that it will be appropriate that the petitioners approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal against the common order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal dated 14.08.2014. It is open to the petitioners to prefer appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement that they will approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal within ten (10) days.
3.The Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, while considering the aspect of delay, will take into account the time of the pendency of these petitions before this Court. 4.Looking to the fact that the matter is a very old one, the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
