Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

2. It is the case of the Petitioner that in the Execution Petition, the Decree Holder has wrongly arrayed the Garnishee, namely the Revision Petitioner, as "Director, Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University", whereas, according to the Petitioner, no such post of Director exists in the said University. Hence, the Petitioner has been constrained to file the present petition seeking acceptance of the cause title as set out in the memorandum of grounds of the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to accept the cause title and being satisfied with the reasons stated, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 25.02.2026 kv Note: Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions, if it is otherwise in order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
