However, the parties are willing to explore the possibility of mediation. The name of Ms.Sathya Rao has been proposed as a mediator. Let the matter be referred to the Mediation Centre annexed to this Court for the purposes of endeavouring to resolve the dispute through mediation. The parties have indicated that it should be possible to conclude such mediation within a month.

2. List the matter immediately upon receipt of the report from the Mediation Centre.
