Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

2. The 1st respondent, who has been charge sheeted has not produced any material to show that he had sought for certain documents from the Management to enable him to defend himself in the domestic enquiry as well as other enquiry. When there is no material to substantiate his stand that he had sought for certain documents from the management, he relies upon such documents stating that the Management personnel themselves admitted that the 1st respondent has sought the said documents, this Court is not inclined to accept the said claim. Therefore, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent is hereby directed to file such letter which he claims that he had sent to the management seeking certain documents.
