ORDER
This Criminal Revision has been filed to call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.4 of 2026 on the file of the learned Additional District cum Judicial Magistrate at Ambur, Tirupattur District and to set aside the order dated 10.02.2026.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner vehemently submitted that there are allegations in the complaint and therefore the order of dismissal passed by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur in Crl.MP.No.4 of 2026 vide order dated 10.02.2026 is incorrect.
3. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions and perused the materials available on record.
4. I have also gone through the complaint dated 18.09.2024. Though there are certain allegations in respect of some criminal act, the very tenor of the complaint is only focusing on money transaction and it appears that some other self-serving allegations also had been made by the petitioner. This factum was rightly appreciated by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur and has given a finding that only for recovery of money, this complaint has been given. In such view of the position, this Court absolutely do not find any perversity in the order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur. Hence, this Criminal Revision is dismissed.
