Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 18/1960 as amended by Act 23/73 read with Section 11 of the Civil Procedure Code before this Hon'ble Court seeking to set aside the decree and order dated 31.08.2017 of the Learned VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai passed in RCA.No.266 of 2016 confirming the order dated 11.03.2016 passed in RCOP.No.383 of 2015 by the Learned X Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai. Today the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed an undertaking affidavit. In the aforesaid undertaking affidavit, the petitioner has agreed to vacate the premises, bearing Flat No.A1, Sai Ram Flats, 1st Floor, 3 Valmiki Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17 on or before 31.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for recording the above said undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above, the petitioner has to comply the undertaking affidavit and to vacate the premises on or before 31.01.2018.
