Respondent in all WPs COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the files of the Respondent and to quash the impugned orders TIN/33910904989/2011-12 dated 31.01.2023, TIN/33910904989/2012-13 dated 01.02.2023, TIN/33910904989/2013-14 dated 02.02.2023 and TIN/33910904989/2014-15 dated 02.02.2023.

(In all WPs) For Petitioner : Ms.Radhika Chandra For Respondents : Mr.V.Prashanth Kiran Government Advocate COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to approach the appellate authority by way of statutory appeals and she seeks four weeks time to enable the petitioner to do so. She also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In light of the endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. Appeals, if any, are filed within a period of four (4) weeks from today, shall be taken on file without reference to limitation, but ensuring compliance with all other statutory conditions, if any, including predeposit. 3.The bank accounts of the petitioner is stated to be attached as a consequence of the present impugned orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that statutory payments towards Goods and Services Tax (GST) are due today.

4.Learned Government Advocate will ensure that the operation of the bank is enabled to the extent to which payments towards pre-deposit for filing

of statutory appeals and towards Goods and Services Tax payments are to be made.

5.Since the attachment has been effected post-filing of the writ petitions and the bank is not arrayed as a party, this direction will be communicated in writing forthwith by the respondent to the bank to ensure immediate compliance. No costs.
