ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioiner shall report before the respondent police on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.284 of 2025 dated 20.01.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Crl.M.P.No.4640 of 2025 Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.284 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e., 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .
