ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein alleged to have entered into the police station and rescue the accused along with the contraband. Earlier when the matter was came up for consideration, this Court about to dismiss the petition, but at the request of the petitioner, allowed to be withdrawn. Thereafter, third anticipatory bail petition has been filed.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that in searching, the petitioner herein has rescued the bootlegger, who was detained in the police station, along with others and also taken away the contraband seized by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the nature of the allegations made against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
