PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the order dated 07.01.2016 made in Criminal Appeal No.10 of 2015 of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Vellore @ Tirupattur and the order made in C.C.No.63 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur.

O R D E R

A joint memo of compromise has been filed stating that the parties had settled the issue out of Court.

2. Today, when the matter was called, both parties along with their respective counsel are present through Video Conferencing.

3. The respondent has submitted that he has not interested in continuing the case and his complaint may be treated as withdrawn.

4. The learned counsel identified the parties. Since the parties before Court through video conferencing has admitted the contents of the joint memo of compromise and affixtures of their signatures on the same, the Joint compromise memo is recorded.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is closed as settled out of Court.

6. It is open to the parties to make their appearance before the trial Court and file a petition under Section 257 IPC to withdraw the complaint. To that effect, the judgment of the lower Court has been set aside. Despite the same, this Order has got no impact on the compensation already paid by the petitioner to the respondent.
