(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr. P.S. Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the third respondent in S.F. No.214/13, Ranganathapuram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Sankarapuram Taluk and Villupuram District, within a stipulated time.

However, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if a direction is given to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2015, within a timeframe.

In view of the above limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2015 and pass a reasoned order, on merits and in accordance with law, adverting to each and every submission averred by the petitioner in his representation. Needless to state that an opportunity of hearing shall be granted to the alleged encroacher, viz., the third respondent, before passing final orders. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction and observations.
