Appeal against the Decree of the court of the XVII Additional Judge,City Civil Court, Chennai,dated 08.04.2014 in A.S.No.265 of 2013 Preferred against the decree of the court of the XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai dated 28.03.2013 in O.S.No.766 of 2012.

Decree: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Monday the 17th day of September 2018,and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal , the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate court and the court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Manokaran,for M/s.A.Sulochana Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.S.Parthasarathy, Advocate for the respondent herein and this case having stood for consideration till this day, while this court doth order and decree as follows:
