This writ petition has been filed by Mr.E.Kamalakannan seeking a limited prayer for issuance of a mandamus or direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the pending representation dated 15.2.2015 given by the petitioner under Rule 12 of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 as per law.
