Seeking a direction to the respondents to file charge sheet in Crime No.1448 of 2014 within a stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
