Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent relating to the Lr.No.Reg/C6/19468/99 dated 12.02.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondent to refer the application of the petitioner to the Monitoring Committee constituted pursuant to the directions of this Court for regularisation of the deviation in respect of the building of the petitioner at Door No.1, Seventh Avenue, Besant Nagar, Chennai 600090 with the details now furnished.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The conditional order passed by this Court on 18.09.2017, has been complied with and the Memo dated 20.10.2017 has also been filed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the subsequent development, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

The Court heard the submission of Mr.N.Sampath, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent and he would submit that counter affidavit has been filed pointing out the deviation and violation with reference to the Completion Certificate Norms.

In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the interim order granted in MP.NO.1/2007 is vacated and the miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
