When the matter came up for hearing today, a memo dated 29.10.2024 is filed on behalf of the petitioner. As per the memo, it is stated that pending the Writ Petition, all the workmen concerned have settled the issue with the petitioner/Management. It is stated that each of them have received a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- and they have also executed acknowledgments and copies thereof are also furnished alongwith memo.

2. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, nothing further remains to be adjudicated. Recording the said memo of settlement between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of.
