(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) This petition is filed informing that father of the petitioner has been missing over ten long years. There is a presumption of death, once a person who is missing over a period of seven years and his whereabouts are not known to those who normally would.

In the circumstances, the petition shall stand dismissed.
