ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining noncompliance of the order dated 20.10.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 35265 of 2016. By the said order dated 20.10.2016, this Court directed the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents 1 to 3 herein along with a copy of the order within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, the respondents 1 to 3 were directed to consider the same by conducting an enquiry, afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass orders thereon within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 2.

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.009/Aa2/2017 dated 26.04.2017 passed by the second respondent herein rejecting the request of the petitioner. 3.

In the light of the order dated 26.04.2017 of the second respondent, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is accordingly closed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26.04.2017 of the second respondent in a manner known to law.
