This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1710 of 2023 by order dated 02.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
