The Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the Impugned Order in Ma.2 Na.Ka.No.E2/079/10/2011 dated 22.12.2011 passed by the second respondent and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the prayer in the Writ Petition has already become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
