O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the wife of the detenu Ramesh for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. The respondent police has filed the status report dated 13.07.2015 wherein the respondent police narrated the various steps taken to secure the detenu. The report further states that it is a case of matrimonial discord and therefore taking note of the said report, we find no case for illegal detention. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with a direction to the respondent police to proceed with the investigation and keep the petitioner informed about the developments.
