ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, a fresh

revised notice has been issued by the respondent, wherein the respondent has revised the quantum of demand and therefore, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous and hence, he seeks liberty to challenge the revised notice issued by the respondent.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that it is up to the petitioner to challenge the revised notice, if so advised. No costs.
