Respondent Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent herein pertaining to the proceedings dated made in Na.Ka.No.943/2014/AA2 dated 12.02.2014 and quash the same and further directing the respondent to transfer the house tax in the petitioners name M.Bhuvaneswari.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner challenges the proceedings issued by the respondent dated 12.02.2014. In fact, the impugned proceedings is not an order, but a communication sent to the petitioner to comply with certain formalities by producing necessary documents. Therefore, the petitioner cannot question the impugned proceedings and it is for the petitioner to produce the available documents and thereafter, the respondent will consider the same and pass orders.

3.In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to produce all documents in her custody and the same shall be considered by the respondent and an order shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
