ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that already a petition for domestic violence filed by the defacto complainant is pending and again, the present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned C.S.R.No.15 of 2022 and petition enquiry is pending. If the petitioners cooperate for the enquiry, the same will be completed within three weeks and till then, they will not arrest the petitioners. 3.In such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioners shall appear before the investigating officer and co-operate for investigation. On extending such co-operation, they will not be any order of arrest, till the disposal of the CSR.
