This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.04.2015 filed under Section 80-A read with Section 113 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, we direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's aforestated appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, within the statutory period prescribed under the provisions of law.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. Costs made easy. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
