ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested for the alleged offences under section 302 (3 counts), 380, 450, 120(b) and 34 IPC and Section 27 (3), 29(B) and 30 of Arms Act, seeks bail.

2.This petitioner is an accused in a tripple murder case and the final report has been taken on file by the trial Court and assigned S.C.No.315 of 2021.The petitioner, who is the native of Maharastra, seeks bail. However, considering the nature of the crime, which was committed for money and this petitioner has been in possession of a country made gun without license and has come from Maharastra all along to commit the murder of three members of the same family, this petition for bail is dismissed.
