ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.12971 of 2016, by order dated 11.04.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.02.2016, conduct enquiry, give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary parties, pass appropriate orders and dispose of the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 11.04.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 27.07.2018 issued by the respondents, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
