ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for an early disposal of the petitioner's revision petition dated 23.12.2025 filed before the first respondent.

2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that as against the order passed by the second respondent, only a writ petition is maintainable and not a revision petition.

4.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle stating that the petitioner is willing to file a fresh writ petition as against the order dated 16.09.2025 passed by the second respondent.

5.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, challenging the order dated 16.09.2025 passed by the second respondent. No costs.
