This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.40 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that four persons have jointly forged and fabricated the sale deed of the petitioner in respect of her plot bearing Number 90 part (eastern portion) measuring 600 sq.ft, in all measuring 2400 sq.ft, situate at V.S.Mani Ring Road, Co-operative Housing Sector in the approved layout comprised in S.Nos.6/3 and 7, as per patta 367 Sub-Division S.No.7/20 of Vilakkupattu Village, formerly Ambattur Taluk, now Madhavaram Taluk, Tiruvallur District. He submitted that the complaint preferred by the petitioner in this connection, is pending investigation on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.40 of 2019. He further submitted that the respondent police has not taken any action to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
nab the accused persons. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondent police to file final report within a stipulated time frame. 3.Mrs.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondent.
4.Since this is a case of impersonation and also taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.40 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police station, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
