When this Criminal Revision Case was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on either side have submitted that the matter has already been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliaton Centre. The Report of the Mediation Centre dated 16.06.2017 along with the Mediation Agreement has also been placed before this Court by the Registry, in which it is stated that the matter has been settled between the parties as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement enclosed along with the report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the above, the Mediation Agreement reached before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, shall form part of the order and the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement.
